FoamyPaw offers tracked shipping on eligible U.S. orders. Available delivery methods, costs and the current estimated delivery window are shown during checkout.

Order processing

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. When fulfillment is complete, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the shipment. If your tracking has not updated or your delivery appears delayed, contact support@foamypaw.com with your order number.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Lost or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us promptly with your order number and any helpful photos so we can review the issue.
